By clocking in to a work session, you consent to the collection of your GPS location in the background for the duration of that session. This data is shared with your project administrator as described in our Privacy Policy. If you do not consent to location tracking, do not clock in or use the time-tracking features of the Service.
You retain ownership of content you upload to the Service, including photos, documents, and comments ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, display, and deliver that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service. We do not claim ownership of your User Content and will not use it for any other purpose.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have all necessary rights to upload and share it.
The Service, including its design, software, and branding, is owned by Grip Fast Property Solutions and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or proprietary technology.
